This is a social network for people in the UK who are interested in learning and living the process of Nonviolent Communication.
Our vision in creating this website is to link together people in the UK wishing to learn or live the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Our hope is that the unique contributions of individuals to this site will evolve to form many different ways of support – quietly touching individual’s lives – publicly and professionally supporting the awareness and practise of NVC.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – sometimes known as compassionate communication is a form of relating to ourselves and others that is based on compassion, honesty and clarity.
It focuses our awareness on 'needs' to help create understanding and a common ground - needs such as empathy, harmony, care, choice, well-being etc. - the universal needs, values and longings we all share.
On this site you have the opportunity to:
